THE CAITLIN COOPER CUPS 2009
  • Entry to the tournament is limited to 12 teams per age division. The first 12 teams to nominate and pay their entry fees in each age division will be accepted. (subject to rule 17 of the Tournament Rules).
  • Teams are allowed a maximum of 3 'guest' players to supplement their numbers.
  • No 'guest' player may be a representative player that has represented at an Association, Zone, State or higher level in the past 12 months (1st October  - 30th September).
  • Any player in any age division who has represented at State or National level or a player that has been selected to play at a State or National level in the past 12 months will be considered ineligable to participate. (1st October – 30th September)
  • Entry is limited to CLUB teams only. No dedicated Representative or Developement teams will be accepted.
  • Any unregistered players utilized are subject to a $9.00 insurance levy per individual.
  • Proof Of Age may be requested on any player.
  • All teams outside the Nthn NSWFF are to provide an 'attendance permission' form from their governing Football Federation.

In the event of a complete cancellation of the tournaments BEFORE the tournaments begin, due to circumstances beyond the organisers reasonable control, a full refund of ENTRY fees and RELAY deposits will be forwarded (with minimal delay) to all teams that have paid.

No financial responsibility will be accepted for travel or accommodation costs or any other costs that may have been met by any person, team or club.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED ONCE THE TOURNAMENT BEGINS.
