TOURNAMENT RELAY

Each team is invited to have 4 runners from their squad to take part in the tournament relay.

A seperate relay is organised for each age division.

The girls will run over a designated distance according to their age.

The winner of each age division relay will win a minimum of $200.00 for their effort as well as trophies.

Its FUN... Its EXCITING.... and its VERY noisy.

Depending on the number of teams in each age division, it may be necessary to run a series of heats over the weekend to get the finalists for the day 3 Relay Final.

All teams that qualify for the Relay Final are seriously expected to partake on Day 3.

Only players on each teams 'Team List' may represent their team. No suspended player may take part.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Each team that nominates for the Tournament Relay is subject to a $50.00 deposit payable in conjunction with the teams entry fees. Payment on the day is NOT an option.

This deposit is fully refundable to each team that ....

• Participates in any heats and is eliminated.
  

• Participates in the finals on day 3.
  

• Refunds will be considered over and above any prize $$$ received and will be paid in cheque form.
  

• Teams that nominate to partake in the Relay and do not, will lose their deposit.
  

• Teams that qualify for the finals on day 3 and do not participate will lose their $50.00 deposit and may have their future involvement in the Caitlin Cooper Cups placed in jeopardy.
  

NB: Forfeited relay deposits will be donated to our annual charity.
