NO FURTHER NAMES MAY BE ADDEDA LIST OF THE PLAYERS REPRESENTING YOUR TEAM IS REQUIRED FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES.
This is a mandatory part of the administration of the tournament and failure to supply your team list will unfortunately result in your team NOT partaking in the tournament.
Your team list can be ammended up to 8pm Friday 25th September 2009.

Unregistered players and guest players should be clearly defined...ie: 'UNREG'. or 'GUEST'.
This team list box is the ONLY accepted method for receiving your list.
Lists received via any other form cannot be accepted.
Interstate Clubs (clubs outside the boundaries of NNSWF) must provide written approval plus acceptance of insurance liability from their governing body otherwise they will be classed as Unregistered Players and subject to applicable fees.
"Guest" players must produce a permission note from their HOME club stating that that player is allowed to participate at the tournament.
