Due to many many reasons that are beyond our reasonable control, the 2009 Caitlin Cooper Cup will be the last that Ian and I will organise for the foreseeable future.

Ian and I would like to extend our most genuine thanks to all the parents, team managers and coaches and a most special thanks to the kids that graced us with their presence at any of our tournaments.

It was such a pleasure to have met such wonderful people with similar interests over the years and let me absolutely assure all that the decision to end the tournament was not an easy one. We did desperately try to off load the tournament to a hosting club but unfortunatey no club could commit to the many hours that are required to get the kids on the fields.

Thank you all for the GREAT memories we shall cherish them for many years.
